Donate through our Friends of the Festival Program

The Ottawa Folk Festival is a charitable, not-for-profit organization, which depends on money raised through ticket sales, sponsorships, grants and donations in order to survive. One of the ways you can help ensure the Festival's survival is to become a Friend of the Festival.

Friends of the Festival donate money to support the activities of the Ottawa Folk Festival. You can donate any amount you wish, and the Ottawa Folk Festival will be happy to issue you a tax receipt for the amount you donated (less the value of any tickets received) and acknowledge you as a Friend of the Festival. You can also choose to become a Friend of the Festival at one of the following levels.

For $35 you receive:

• Your name listed in the program as a Friend of the Festival
• An invitation in May to the Media Conference and Reception announcing the Festival line-up
• $35 tax receipt

For $95 you receive:

• Four-Day Pass to the Ottawa Folk festival
• Your name in the Festival program as a Friend of the Festival
• An invitation in May to the Media Conference and Reception announcing the Festival line-up
• $35 tax receipt

For $155 you receive:

• Two Four-Day Passes to the Ottawa Folk Festival
• Your name in the Festival program as a Friend of the Festival
• An invitation in May to the Media Conference and Reception announcing the Festival line-up
• $35 tax receipt

For $375 you receive:

• One VIP Ottawa Folk Festival pass (Please note that a maximum of 10 of these passes are made available each year.)
• Your name in the Festival program as a Friend of the Festival
• An invitation in May to the Media Conference and Reception announcing the Festival line-up
• $250 tax receipt

Or pick up a Friend of the Festival brochure at one of the concerts held by the Ottawa Folk Festival during the year.
